August gold futures on MCX dropped around 200 rupees to 152,740 rupees per 10 grams. July silver futures traded 2,200 rupees lower at 249,330 rupees per kg, Aaj Tak said. In the spot market, 24-carat gold was down 550 rupees to near 150,000 rupees per 10 grams. Silver was quoted 4,400 rupees down at 247,000 rupees per kg. NOIDA, June 16, 2026, 23:33 (IST) Noida International Airport started scheduled flights this week at Jewar, moving from years of promises to actual operations. The first passengers went through the terminal, exposing both the airport’s scale and some immediate issues on the ground. IndiGo said it was the first airline in the National Capital Region to operate at the new airport on June 15, landing a flight from Lucknow and then taking off for Bengaluru.
